These terms cover your use of Durava. By creating an account you agree to them.
The service
Durava delivers personal training programming and coaching by Youssef Salem through this app and website.
Not medical care
Durava is coaching, not medical care. Nothing in the app is a diagnosis, treatment or medical advice. Your coach does not diagnose injuries or conditions.
Eligibility
You must be 18 or older and have been invited by your coach.
Training safely

Exercise carries a risk of injury. You choose to take part.
•
Answer the health screen honestly and tell your coach about changes in your health.
•
If the health screen says you need a doctor’s clearance, get it before training.
•
Follow any restrictions from your doctor or physical therapist.
•
Stop and tell your coach about sharp, new or worsening pain, numbness, dizziness or swelling. For anything urgent, call 911.
Your account
Keep access to your email secure, since it is how you sign in. Do not share your account.
Your content
Your data is yours. You let us use it only to provide the service, as described in the Privacy Policy. The programs, exercise library and app belong to Durava.
Ending
You can stop using Durava and ask us to delete your data at any time. We may end access, for example if coaching ends.
Changes
We will tell you in the app before material changes to these terms take effect.
