Privacy Policy

Durava is a personal training app for invited clients of coach Youssef Salem. We collect as little as possible, never sell it, and you stay in control of it.
What we collect

Website invite requests: name, email, optional phone, in-person or online, a goal, how you heard about us, and an optional note. Please do not include health details here.

Your account: name, email and settings.
•
Training data: programs, workouts, check-ins and progress.
•
Health information, only with your separate consent. See the Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy.

Basic technical data our host sees when you visit, such as IP address and browser. We use no analytics, cookies for tracking, ad trackers or pixels.
How we use it
To review your invite request, coach you, run the app, and contact you about your training. We do not sell your data, share it for advertising, or make automated decisions about you. Your coach reviews every program, including any drafted with AI help.
Service providers
These providers process data only on our instructions:

Supabase: Hosts the database, sign-in and sends sign-in codes.

PowerSync: Keeps the app working offline and syncing between devices.
•
Vercel: Hosts the website and app.
•
Anthropic: AI help drafting your program, only if you turn it on.
Your rights
You can access, download, correct or delete your data and withdraw consent at any time, from Settings or by contacting us. We respond within 45 days. If we decline, you can appeal by contacting us with the subject "Appeal".
Keeping and deleting data
We keep your data while you are a client and up to 3 years after, then delete it, sooner if you ask. Invite requests that do not become clients are deleted within 12 months.
Children
Durava is for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit and on our servers, and access is limited to you and your coach. We will notify you promptly if a breach affects your data.
Changes
If we change how we use your data, we will update this page and, for anything significant, ask for your consent again in the app.
